Sispal Vihar AWHO Society is project of Army Welfare Housing Organisation, New Delhi, was established in the year 2009. It was aptly named after the martyr Late Naik Sispal Singh, MVC of 2 JAT Battalion who sacrificed his life for the country in J&K Operation in 1948.
